Rize box is provided by You Live Once LLC. Every company starts with a free 14-day trial, so you can try Rize box before paying anything.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal payment, counted from the date of that payment.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and processes refunds. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at info@rizebrands.co and we'll help. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. After you cancel, your team keeps access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
