Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Rize box ("the service"), provided by You Live Once LLC ("we", "us"). When you use Rize box, you are entering into an agreement with You Live Once LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. Questions may be directed to info@rizebrands.co.

The service

Rize box is a team password manager. Companies use it to store logins, passwords and two-factor codes, share them with teammates, groups or by link, and connect shared inboxes. Each company has its own separate space. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it; otherwise you must be of legal age to enter a contract.

Access and accounts

Access to specific logins and inboxes is granted by your company's administrators and managers, who may grant, change or revoke it at any time. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and report suspected unauthorized use promptly. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must only store or share logins and mailboxes you are authorized to use.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Each company receives a free 14-day trial without a payment card. After the trial, Rize box costs $5 per person (seat) per month, billed monthly in advance. The number of seats follows the number of active people in your company, and charges are adjusted when people join or are removed. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with advance notice.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our refund commitment is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

  • Use credentials, codes, and inboxes only for authorized work.
  • Do not disclose passwords, two-factor seeds, messages, or codes outside the permitted team.
  • Do not access resources you have not been granted or interfere with access controls or audit records.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content.
  • Do not connect or store a mailbox or account you are not authorized to share.
  • Do not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
  • Do not probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise interfere with the security or operation of the service.
  • Do not resell or redistribute the service or work around its technical limits.

Ownership

You Live Once LLC owns the service and all related intellectual property, including its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription or trial is active. Your company keeps ownership of the logins and content it stores; you allow us to host and process that content only to provide the service.

Connected services

Connecting a Google account authorizes the service to read that mailbox and send mail as shown on Google's consent screen. Sending from a mailbox is an action on behalf of its owner and must be performed only by people authorized to represent it. Clearing a Gmail inbox in Rize box hides messages here but does not delete them from Google. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection. Data use, sharing, retention, and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms. If your access ends, you must stop using any credentials or data obtained through the service. Company administrators can remove logins and people at any time; after a company's account ends, we delete or anonymize its stored data within a reasonable period.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, You Live Once LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version; continued use constitutes acceptance.
